Lockheed Martin presented a civilian variant of the Super Hercules, the LM-100J, and a concept of
the C-130J-SOF special forces support aircraft, based on the standard C-130J-30 Super Hercules
and developed for international markets. The new Hercules variant is to take advantage of a part
of equipment installed in the MC-130J Commando II and the AC-130J Ghostrider used by USAF
Special Operations Command and approved by the US gov for export, e.g. 30 mm cannons and
machine guns, AGM-114 Hellfire II missiles, and FARP (Forward Area Refueling Point) equipment
and tanks.
