Accidental discharge because of weapon failure or caused by its modification (removing safety or change in trigger system to lower pull what can cause dis- charge when dropped, etc.). Reason: carelessness of the shooter, not suited clothing or holster. Accidental discharge caused by trigger that catch clothes or holster (e.g. leather) Reason: carelessness of the shooter, not suited clothing or holster. Weapon taken and fired by the aggressor. Reason: lack of mental or physical preparation, lack of sit- uational awareness, improper tactics, improper holster, lack of self-defense skill or just.. stupidity. Never the less it is good to notice that situation like that can happen with weapon in C3 as aggressor can load weapon after taking it. Random situation (e.g. accident), loss of conscious and accidental discharge by third person. Some situations just cannot be avoided, but thank to proper situational awareness and increased alertness we can reduce possibility of them occurring. Accidental discharge caused by person that illegally took our firearm. Reason: unacceptable negligence of owner. There cannot be second that we will allow ourselves to lost control of our weapon.
