The Carinthia Tropen sleeping bag will fit in the bot- tom compartment (yep, I carry pack with divider), but usually I have there a longsleeve shirt in mesh pock- et and in the zippered pocket I stash phone charger, Silynx Clarus Pro hearing protection, some stuff for olight h1r Nova flashlight and powerbank. Both pock- ets are NFM. As additional organizer I use a husar Cubby waistpack or GtG Alpha waistpack with docu- ments, keys and things like that. For longer trips I put the Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha jacket inside. In the main compartment I carry breakfast, some clothing, Nikon 600D camera with lenses, other stuff. If you choose the stuff wisely, you can fit for 4-5 days trip and yes, TT Tac Modular Pack 30 Vent will fit the overhead compartment as it meets requirements for carry on luggage. on the Velcro back I have some patches attached and top pALs slots are occupied by olight h1r and Leatherman raptor shears. side pockets I usually use for spare batteries, gun cleaning cloth and kit, survival blanket, etc. the external pocket in the flap: all daily necessities as flash drives and powerbank. I don't like that design- er guy who invented inverted placement of this pock- et. As mentioned above, it's senseless. Quite awkward for me so the slits for hydration tube (aren't those inverted?), but they don't leak. Side cinch are really low-profile, but they work (if only I use them, which I barely do). But you lose the side pockets, when the main compartment is cinched as they become just bags. I use side pockets to carry gloves and beanie. to sum up. it's really cool urban edc pack or for short fields trips. not perfect maybe, but still very good. equipment
