400 lumens to avoid overheat- ing. After cooling down, full pow- er output can be re-activated for another 90 seconds. The maxi- mum beam range is around 235 meters for full-power mode and around 138 meters for low-pow- er mode according to Olight data. See the specs for more details. The latest Olight weaponlight features the <5mW 645-655 nm red laser pointer below the lamp. The laser pointer aircraft-grade aluminum compartment is at- tached to the body of light with four screws. Well, you can say it's piggy-backed. Olight Valkyrie PL-2RL BALDR is a rugged pistol weaponlight with powerful white light output, wide beam and red laser point- er in one body. The core is Cree XHP35 LED with 1200 lumesn output placed in the head. The head features the internal reflec- tor and sealed front protective glass lens. The edge of the head was profiled and secured. Head and body of the light are made from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum with polymer battery compartment flap on the back. The flap features two symmetrically placed polymer control buttons. Short press activates the constant mode, long press activates momentary switch and simultaneous press of two buttons activates strobe mode. The PL-2RL features two output modes: 400 and 1200 lumens. Output is adjusted with quick "double-tap" of one of the but- tons. WML remembers the last setting, so after switching off and on again, it will start with last mode remembered. The electronic circuit controls the output and 1200 lumens can be only deployed for about 90 seconds. Then, the circuit auto- matically reduces the output to Another Olight WML in da house. This time it is Olight Valkyrie PL-2RL BALDR with red laser pointer and additional switch mode.
