Polish Armed Forces after Second World War had no luck in terms of
handguns (except special operations forces). In the army doctri-
ne, handgun wasn't important. It was a last resort weapon for
self-defense or to force obedience. Why develop this kind
of weapon if it is not mentioned for combat (except
Alamo scenario) and will be used only occasionally.
