To conclude, Poland, although being a country that can boast
an almost empty record of terrorist attacks compared to
other countries, has managed to organize an anti-terrorism
system similar to those adopted in Western countries. This
alone is an interesting phenomenon, taking into consideration
the problems and neglect found in other sectors of safety
and security. The solutions arrived at, quite fresh and new
at times, certainly need some refinements, but they are only
a complement to an already formed core.
