The bridge span features two deck units – the main
deck unit with the load-carrying capacity of MLC40, is
suitable for vehicles with the wheel track ranging from
1.6 to 2.8 m. The auxiliary deck unit can be easily placed
on the span. Its load-carrying capacity is MLC8 and it's
important to remember that the "broadening" operation
in this case proceeds towards the center of the bridge,
i.e. it reduces the minimum vehicle wheel track, which
measures only about 80 cm after the auxiliary deck unit
is attached. Both deck units are skid resistant, which im-
proves the vehicle wheel adhesion and the increases the
level of security during bridge crossing.
