From time to time I end up buying things because of marketing. This time it was the marketing hype about Helikon-Tex Bail Out Bag. The BOB, bail out bag, boogaloo bag, call it as you want. This kind of bag you keep loaded up for SHTF scenario. But in real life, most of customers are buying these pack for every day carry. It's been more than four months since purchase, so I can share some feedback with you. According to the specs, the capacity is 25 liters, which is usually explained as 12 hours or half-day packs. By definition, it sho- uld fit all the necessary gear to survive 12 hours. Depending how much food and water you are going to carry, with B.O.B. you can extend that time up to 24 hours IMHO. On every side of the pack, there are four drag handles for better handling. They are comfortable and will make your life easier. They are slightly too narrow for use in gloves (except the top handle), but I understand the re- ason.
