MRAD
Another precision rifle from Barrett Manufacturing is bolt-
-action MRAD sniper rifle. The Multi-Role Adaptive Design
was developed in 2011 to meet requirements of USSOCOM
Precision Sniper Rifle (PRS) program.
The main design has similarities to AR-10 layout, but with
turn-pull bolt. Lower and upper received are made from
7075 aircraft-grade aluminum anodized in Black, Green,
Brown or Grey. The upper receiver is monolithic and features
a full-length 22" MIL-STD-1913 accessory rails for optics.
