But Barrett M82/M82A1/M107 is real weapon and
even in real life it looks impressive. It's huge, shoots
powerful rounds and can eliminate targets from other
ZIP code. The 2012 2,815 meter confirmed kill record
was set by Australian 2nd Commando Regiment sniper
in Afghanistan using Barrett M82A1. Nearly three kilo-
meters. It gives a lot to think about. Couple years ago,
we had a chance to shoot the M107A1, some shooters
and enthusiast Holy Grail, and it was an unforgettable
memory.
