Air Policing Mission
NATO Air Policing is a peacetime operation, the objective
of which is to protect the airspaces of the NATO Allies,
reinforce the cooperation and to allow the pilots to work
in an international setting. Rotational deployments
in different NATO members see NATO MRCA being
employed on a 24/7 QRA duty to provide protection of
the airspace in countries that have no combat aircraft
