EYEWEAR tacting my skin in low temps. Well, if it gets colder than -10C below zero, I wouldn't recommend wearing them directly on the head. The metal temples may also get hot in really high tempe- ratures, so just remember about that. These are basically the only drawbacks I can mention. Also, the paint coating on the frame might get scratched (it happened to me unfortunately, but it was my fault). IMHO, the safety strap should come with glasses, you really don't want to lose your $200 glasses (stap is available as an accessory). Magnums are a really good fit. They protect well against wind, dust and dirt and will not fall off when running, shooting or riding a bike. I did not MFF with them but I can believe that some of the Cool Guys did that in more extreme conditions. BTW, some former Navy SEAL frogman, Dom Raso, is brand ambassador of the Gatorz, did you know that? Magnums are looking great and their work great too. The quality of the machi- ned aluminum temples and the optical quality of the lenses are top notch. Flat temples won't collide with the headsets, espe- cially those gelly ones with temple relief. Premium quality requires a premium price tag. But you are paying for what you get and you get durable and rugged glas- ses with badass design. Gatorz are basically hand made to assure the quality and they don't come from some sweatshop in Asia. www.fragoutmag.com
