Leg cuffs have internal drawstrings for blousing (overt the boots, of course) from flat webbing. Legs are built from multiple sheets of fabric for improved comfort and fitting. The cut of legs together with stretchable fabric and gusseted crotch increase mobility. Knees are reinforced with an additional layer of fabric. The optional soft foam knee pads might be inserted as there is Velcro hook and loop entry outside of each knee. Another reinforcement from the base fabric is on the buttocks. SFU NEXT Mk2 feature eight pockets for the essential equipment: Usual waist slash pockets with the profiled edge for knife. Front open-top (but with slit-flap entry) welt thigh pocket for flat items such as phone, GPS or even magazine (5.56/7.62/.308 will fit!) Slightly canted cargo thigh pockets with single-pleat and hook & loop flap closure. Pockets can be slightly expanded as there is also a pleat in the rear. For increased comfort of use these are slightly canted forward and have additional webbing tab on the flap for better grip. There is no additional organizer pocket inside. Rear pockets are also open-top welt design and are lined with soft fabric. Size-wise are similar to the front thigh pockets. www.fragoutmag.com
