a necessity to rapidly begin work on the warships that would require some attention. And this bears an unprecedented value in crises. Furthermore, the shipyard has a string of flat sections avail- able, making it possible to build elements of the vessels, such as hulls or decks. One should also mention a certain number of specialist workshops and the armament and electronics facility. The available potential makes it possible to carry out numerous key procedures associated with upgrades and overhauls of the vessels, with the simultaneous implemen- tation of strict quality assurance measures. The quality of the external surface finish has been one of the praised ele- ments, also appreciated by foreign customers. Back in 2019, HMS „Artemis" SIGINT vessel was launched, destined to be received by the Swedish Navy. The PGZ's shipbuilding facil- ity was to build and equip the hull partially.
