are designed to support the customer (usually a state entity) endangered by aggressive external or internal players. PMC and PSC differ in the area of their involvement. PMCs get involved solely in the areas where national security is under threat. The task assigned to that company is seen as the delivery of a pac- kage of elements required to maintain a military advantage over the adversary. A comprehensive approach towards that matter (delivery of armament, training, non-combat support, combat support) differentiates undertakings as such from businesses that do commercial arms tra- de, solely delivering the armament with a basic training package. As corporate entities, PMCs adopt business practices such as production of promotional ma- terials, employee credential assignment system/verification system and a doctri- ne understood as the company policy and its corporate culture. Similarly as in the case of different business entities, the PMCs use the very same organizational elements, with financial, marketing, le- gal, or administrative departments. They transfer the military structures into the business domain, getting rid of the ballast formed by the expansive manage- ment system that is needed in the case of the state military entities.
