The crew always stays alert. Airborne and on the ground. Anytime something may happen. And they have to deal with it. They cannot allow for any negligence or panic which would endanger the crew, the patient or even bystanders on the scene. During the landing, especially on the field, the crew must pay close attention to the bystanders. Then there is attention to the patient and lastly, the crew itself. Not all missions are walk in the park. The more difficult are these in the twilight when the day ends and night begins or in the so called "Yellow" weather. The crew might don't even know what can happen on the way to the destination. "It may happen that I will reach the destination in the middle of the night and drop my medical team there but I won't be able to take off in adverse weather conditions. The most important thing is to provide the patient with proper care on the scene" says the pilot. All the crew could talk and talk about the job and their experiences but suddenly, the alarm phone calls. RATOWNIK 12 crew launches another mission. This time they were ordered to fly to the car accident. Again, the motto says it all. "We fly to help". AVIATION
