command vehicles, MRV radio vehicles, MCC mobile commu-
nication centers, as well as loading and repair vehicles. 72 live
NSM missiles were acquired, according to the 2008 and 2014
agreements. Apart from two missile squadrons, the unit also has
an anti-aircraft battery at its disposal, with a WZ-2001 com-
mand vehicle, N-22-N 3D radars, and two air defense platoons
with ZU-23-2 AAA systems, and Grom MANPADS.
The unit is, undoubtedly, the most valuable asset the Polish
Navy has at its disposal at the moment - thanks to the primary
ordnance, namely the NSM missiles. The NSM missile is a low-
RCS effector with a passive IIR seeker. Another advantage of
the MJR stems from its inventory and structure, allowing the
unit to work in a dispersed setting, with autonomous combat
teams formed by a single MLV and a single CCV. Thanks to its
expansive array of communication assets carried by MCC (dig-
ital radio relays, VHF/HF radios, sat link, Link-11A/B, and Link-16
terminals), the unit can receive target coordinates from any re-
connaissance systems - Polish or allied ones. The above does
