available to us at hand, however in Romania the supply
chain is slightly harder. Despite this, we overcome any
difficulties doing our job and keep the jets ready 24/7"

European airspace is much more condensed and busi-
er in comparison to Canada, which was new to most of
the pilots. First of all the transatlantic flight including
AAR refuelling, later getting to know local procedures
and learning to work with Romanian controllers in
Romanian airspace. This was a valuable experience for
both sides - everyone involved admits that it is a great
highlight in their aviation and military career. It's also
worth mentioning that most of the pilots are younger
professionals getting the opportunity to learn various
challenges that may occur during live mission, which
differs from everyday duties back in Canada.
