the functioning of the gun as it is changing the dynamics of opera- tions but this is something to be relatively easy to master. In return, the gun has a smaller impact on the shooter, through reduced recoil and muzzle rise, making it easier to keep it on target during rapid fire. The fact that sound is significantly reduced is also not insignificant. Side note - the use of suppressors results in a significant reduction of noise, that is, it reduces environ- mental noise pollution. This results in two benefits - the hearing of the shooter and those on the range is much less likely to be damaged (this is especially important on indoor ranges), and properties near the shooting range are less affected by its presence in their neighborhood. The latter, in turn, translates into less inconvenience to the operation of such facilities. In my opinion, sup- pressors should be a must have de- vice for all shooters, and any restric- tions concerning them should be removed from the law regulations. In Polish regulations, it appears that suppressor continues to exist as a secret tool of assassins to "sound- proof" the weapon so that only the work of the mechanisms and the so- und of the shell falling to the ground can be heard. Meanwhile, the silen- cer, although significantly reducing noise, still does not magically make it disappear - top designs on stan- dard ammunition are able to reduce it by 25-30 dB, which means that the bang of a .223 is still loud, but it is no longer a hazard to the hearing. It is very good that Fabryka Bro- ni introduces this type of pistol to the civilian market, because maybe finally the lawmakers in Poland will understand what a silencer is and what it is used for. It would also be nice if that state-owner firearms manufacturer spread this knowled- ge among decision-makers, which could translate into a change in re- gulations. Anyway - the VIS 100M1 Tactical is now available for everyone. www.fragoutmag.com
