IMALENT BL70
Imalent classifies BL70 as a tactical
light. Given the output, beam profile,
"tactical" switch, and red-light featu-
re, it could serve that role. However, it
leans more toward an excellent, ver-
satile EDC light than a true tactical
powerhouse.
Like the LD70, the BL70 is aluminum,
but it is not purely cylindrical. One
side features a substantial flat area
housing a secondary function but-
ton, a large OLED display, and a red
LED emitter (without a reflector).
A portion of the body is covered in
dark blue faux leather, lending it an
elegant, distinct character. This sug-
gests its environment: city use, car,
home, or office—not rugged wilder-
ness. It would perfectly complement
