Since 1999 RADMOR has constantly updated a hardware base used for manufacturing. The production halls are modernized, beginning from a hall of the final assembly of the equipment, and finishing with a hall of the electronic unit manufacturing which were equipped, inter alia, with an up-to-date line of the surface mount technology. Considering a development of the market situation and increased pressure from the international community to eliminate substances which are harmful to the environment, RADMOR since 1st July 2006 is prepared to manufacture equipment, at a special customer request, in the lead-free technology which is safe for the environment. The organizational changes were made not only in the firm itself, but also in the ownership structure. In May 2002 a government began structural transformations of the Defense Industry consisting, inter alia, in creating groups of companies. The enterprises which manufactured specified by the Ministry of National Defense product lines of armature were included into the one of two holdings: ammunition, missile and armored or aviation and radio electronics. RADMOR as a manufacturer of the radio stations and radio communication systems were included in the structure of the Aviation and Radio Communication Group of Companies, with an ownership supervision provided by the Industrial Development Agency – a dominant shareholder of all companies comprising a holding. Wdrożenie do produkcji nastąpiło w rekordowo krótkim czasie jednego roku. Obecnie RADMOR produkuje dwa typy radiostacji nowej generacji: plecakową RRC 9210 i pokładową RRC 9310.
