will be over the rail, and while assembling on the left side – a body will be under the rail. One also thought about users with helmets without rails and in the kit with a flashlight it is delivered a mounting bracket which enables its fixing on the helmet rim. When using it, it is suggested to assembly it on the left side to avoid extensive protruding. The last mounting is a special plate for installing a flashlight on the MOLLE/PALS strips, for instance on the vest, which was introduced according to the suggestions of the military paramedics. A sequence of turning on a flashlight was developed with tactical users in mind – the first clicking of the control button starts a supporting LED in the Low power mode or IR LED (depending on the version), the next quick clicking increases its power (or switches to the second supporting diode lighting with another color), and holding down for 2 seconds turns on the main Maxbright LED diode in the full power mode. If a flashlight has two color LEDs and one IR LED, in order to turn on the latter, the power button must be pressed down for about 2 seconds. The CHARGE is lightweight, useful and simple in use flashlight, enabling to perform even precise works, without problems connected with fixing it on the helmet. One may comment a little bit negatively on functioning a control button – a lack of explicit "clicking" while switching work modes, and many users still prefers to feel an explicit click while performing a change. The second problem, arising from its design and adjusting to the usage on the mounting rails, is a limited possibility to use them on the Ops-Core FAST helmets simultaneously with active hearing protectors attached on the external rails such as Peltor ARC because of the conflict caused by a lack of the sufficient space to fit both those devices. It can be done – maximally shifted to the back the holders of the hearing protectors and maximally at the front assembly a flashlight
