FIREARMS The doubled manipulators of the SFP9 (mag release lever and a slide stop) are a great advantage of this gun. We shot from the left hand not very frequently, but you know that during a training you should check up all, even the worst possible situations. In the SPF, in contrast to the Glock, us- ing the gun with your left hand makes no problem. The le- vers are placed almost exactly symmetrically, they work in the same manner, so all is handled nearly intuitively. Here it is worth to emphasis that Peter's choice (let's remind – he assembled the back straps asymmetrically) worsens slight- ly a grip and modifies a position of the hand in relation to the manipulators, but such was his decision and he insists on it (in 95% of cases he shoots from the right hand). The SFP9-SF is grooved not only in the rear part, but also at the front. Such as a solution is often met in the tuned Glocks (a minimum version includes a piece of sandpaper stuck to a slide, and full option includes milling), but in the SFP9 you have it out of the box. The grooving is evi- dent and facilitates a press check or reloading behind its front part. Moreover, in the rear part of the slide there are placed plastic wings – from an assumption they are sup- posed to improve a certainty of the grip during a reloading. At the beginning, we had concerns that they might disturb us while reloading quickly, but now we think that in the worst case they certainly do not disturb, and in the best case they really help in reloading (it is probably the most helpful when you shoot in the gloves). So, it results that we do not remove them, although there is such a possibil- ity (it is done quite simply), and the HK has in its offer flat blanking plugs.
