of customers and constantly have been devel- oping their offer – all in all, MiG, that is Tilak Military Gear, has become an independent line- up of clothing that has been expanded with sev- eral new elements, while the soft-shell set itself has been redesigned into a better variant named Noshaq (after the mountain in Hindu Kush, the highest mountain peak in Afghanistan). The basic variant, the one you can see in the pictures of this article, is still available in the offer of the compa- ny, now as MiG 1.0. CONCEPT The set Tilak MiG was created as a light, multifunc- tional layer of clothes with a wide variety of ap- plications, with the focus put on difficult weather and mountain conditions. Its basic task it to pro- vide protection against strong gusts of wind and precipitation during activities of medium and large physical effort. However, this is not a water-proof set of clothing – during a strong rain or snowfall, it will get soaked. The set is available in oversize, so that one can have sufficient space for additional layers of clothes, such as a fleece warmer or a down sweater. www.fragoutmag.com
