There is an optional possibility of index finger cut-off for people who prefer shooting that way – the manufacturer prepared that part in a way that the gloves will not unravel after the cut-off. The remaining three fingers, with "blocky" construction of four walls (they have not been sewn flat), have rounded endings. The cuff of the glove, made of flame resistant Defender M fabrics, provides protection against flames and provides some thermal insulation – the glove will not necessarily do well on a warm summer day, but the priority of this construction is to protect against burns, flames and blast. The flap that adjusts the glove to fit the hand is fastened with a Velcro – the loop part is placed on the flap, while the hooks are on the cuff. The end of the flap is rounded in order to prevent it from snagging (the glove could then accidentally unfasten). In cuff end of each glove, there is a small nylon loop, which may be used for attaching a D-ring or carabiner – it has been sewn on on the outside, on the bottom part of the hand.
