such protection and durability as "Deadbird" gloves, but using switches or levers of pistols (e.g. like in stock Glock), submachine guns, or AR/AK rifles is totally convenient. I used those gloves to shoot from several types of sniper rifles with calibers of .308, .338, and .458 at distances from 300 to 900 meters and the gloves do not affect the operations on the trigger in any way. The leather, apart from the fact that it provides a good grip, gives some protection against burns caused by a hot barrel, or other heated elements. Dexterity is awesome. During accurate operations, which can be perfectly simulated by grabbing coins that lay flat on a table, Assault Glove FR does very well – I had no problems with picking up coins from one cent coin to quarter Writing on a keyboard may not necessarily be comfortable (it all depends on the size of the keys and your hand), but using touch-screens is very convenient. There are no additional "silver tips" or threads that would allow using a smartphone, tablet, or another device, but during more excessive usage under field conditions, e.g. after touching the Velcro strap or rough surfaces, such elements would get destroyed. The leather on the bottom part of the glove is uniformly smooth, so nothing will get sheared off or torn. After about four months of using, I may definitely claim that Assault Glove FR is one of the best models of assault gloves in the market (and I have happened to use for a longer time the classic nomex flight gloves, various types of assault gloves by Hatch, HWI, OR, or Wiley X). My Assault Gloves are, so far, in good condition, contrary to some products of other well-known companies or popular shooting gloves, which could even get destroyed after a few days. My gloves have not got torn on the stitches, have no holes. Of course, there are some minor scratches on the leather, but they were used extensively and I didn't really care about them. The feedback from other, more advanced users who use Assault Glove FR every day, is also very positive. The gloves have two weak points – they leave orange color on hands, which is due to the dye used during the processing of leather. I have been using them for 4 months and my hands are still orange every time I take off the gloves. I tried to soak them to get rid of the dye but the sink was full of brown water and they still leave the color.... The second defect is the location of the Velcro strap on the flap. The hooks are on the cuff of the gloves, so every fluff sticks to them. Sewing on the Velcro straps the other way around would be a better solution. www.fragoutmag.com
