The MHTK has 2.2 kg weight and it uses the same method of destroying the targets as bigger brothers. Elements of MBDA SAMPT (Sol-Air Moyenne Portée Terrestre) medium-range air defense system, dubbed "Mamba" by French. The system consists of Aster 30 missile launchers, command unit (with seats for three op- erators). System is constantly developed – in 2016 the new, improved variant Aster 30 Block 1 NT was launched.
