So we went to the shooting range for few hours
and put about thousand of rounds through
them. It was not a test, more like test drive to
get the idea how the M762 works and how
much different from the standard Beryl it is.
Open shooting range near Warsaw, two 7.62x39mm
Beryl M762 assault rifles (one with B&T suppressor
attached), a full box of ComBloc ammunition and
three shooters. All of them with necessary expe-
rience and good shooting background, already
familiar with many kinds of weapons. All guys are
non-MIL/LEO but they do lot of "tactical" pew pew.
We all have lot of cool guy stuff so we decided to
shoot in full tactical gear, including helmets and
plate carriers – Beryl M762 is purely military rifle so
shooting in denims and shirts wasn't an option.
The main goal of the exercise was to become fa-
miliar with Beryl M762 rifle which is based on
Beryl M96C rifle proven by Polish Armed Forces in
Afghanistan and to find all its pros and cons during
