because I raised my hand too slowly or too fast when I tried to see the indications of the watch. Very often, I was saved thanks to the large backlight button that triggers illumination for three seconds. i was negatively surprised that the watch has a very irritating aspect of everyday use: - it is vulnerable to contamination. What I have in mind is the discoloration that, within two weeks from putting it on the wrist, appeared on both the edges and the engraving, as well as the sides of the strap. What is peculiar, the discoloration is navy blue, but I do not have any jeans jackets – the only suspect may be, then, the A-TACS LE shirt. The attempt to remove that „extra" color with a brush and soap was unsuccessful. The edges of the body and the strap seem as if they absorbed the dye. To make it clear – do you want to have the body and the strap clean? Then buy the black version of the watch. Other things that drew my attention when wearing the watch are its height and „angular" elements. Although the watch is made from a high-quality and relatively soft material, I'm having problems when I put on, for example, a combat shirt or a uniform sweatshirt with narrow sleeves. I often have had to fold up the sleeves or struggle with the cuffs of the sweatshirt, because the watch simply got hooked with the material. Well, you can't have everything – the watch is almost two centimeters thick. Ultimately, it is a „mailclad" watch to be used everywhere, not a flat, elegant watch that you would wear with a suit... I have used Rangeman GW-9400 3RE every day and, to be honest, if I were to compare the cons and the set of pros and features of the watch – the pros would be superior. After some time, I got used to the inconvenience I have described above. I must confess that I did not expose the watch to triathlons, mountain climbing, or shoot-outs in some God-forsaken place. I have just used it during work and various activities, starting with riding a bike, general workouts, shooting with various types of weapons, as well as outdoor activities. I did not try to damage it, but I also did not pay too much attention to my activities and my right hand (I wear watches on my right wrist, although I am right-handed). As a result, apart from the mentioned (irritating!) contamination, my Casio shows almost no signs of usage. If you are looking for a durable and self- contained watch useful for trekking, outdoor expeditions, or everyday work that will feature weather and navigation instruments, you should consider purchasing Rangeman GW-9400 3RE. Remembering about the already legendary resistance to variable environmental conditions and to hits and falls, the range of usability increases. Finally, the first-class – in my opinion – design results in a nice piece of awesomeness on the wrist. thanks to the company Zibi Sa for making the watch for testing. www.fragoutmag.com
