The RAIDOPS is not a young company – It has op- erated successfully since 2005. the brand appears during the international shows like IwA and has its dealers all around the world. Its founder and a main designer is nam Deuk kim, knifemaker from Incheon, South korea. Initially the rAIDopS knives were man- ufactured there, and later it was partially shifted to taiwan and Italy. nevertheless, a rAIDopS porfolio is not limited to the cutting tools, as the series of the tactical gadgets con- stitute a separate line. You can find among them both the accessories for self-defense, titanium kubotans or knucklebusters (what particularly prepossessed me – with a clip!), as well as the tactical fidget spinner!!! A broad choice of jewelry in a form of the necklaces, rings or wristlets attracts attention, too. the titani- um Eldorado for the "tacticool" style aficionados. If it comes to the knives line, perhaps it is not particularly broad, but you should appreciate its diversity, espe- cially in the fixed-blades. You can find among them both large work knives with the wide blades and a high grind, and karambits or small neck knives. A selection of folders is narrower, beside the different variations of the centauro the offer includes only one small knife with slightly sophisticated name: e.D.c.k. I have received the last two variants of the flagship rAIDopS folders – the centauro cf Srn and the centauro cf mini. from a visual standpoint, a design www.fragoutmag.com
