The charger is in fact a small disc, a mini docking sta- tion which the contacts for charging in its upper part, and a magnet in the bottom part – so, you may stick the flashlight to its metal surface and while charging still use in candle mode. The docking station has USB port so it can be charged from the phone charger, PC, power banks or car adapter. Below the port in the docking station, there is a charging status LED (red – charging, green – charged). The H1R Nova is IPX8 compliant (it can be immersed in the water during two hours without worrying about its tightness) and it has the shock-resistance to en- dure a fall from a height up to 1.5 meter. LEt thErE bE LIGht! The H1R Nova has following modes: 1. 600 lumens Turbo mode, ensuring very strong and rather wide luminous beam with a range of approx. 70 meters, perfectly work- ing in the field. Works three minutes, and then its electronics, protecting against overheating switches it into 180 lumens. 2. 180 lumens – approx. 100 minutes run-time. It is a good illumination for the field and large spaces, as for the smaller rooms it is some- times a little bit too strong. 3. 60 lumens – probably the most universal mode, which enables to move in the field, spaces, performing works, etc. Up to 5 hours run-time. 4. 15 lumens – perfect for the ultra-short dis- tance. For the small spaces, tents, working, reading, etc. 20 hours run-time. 5. 2 lumens – Moonlight mode for map reading and all operations, during which we do not need illuminating from two or more meters or walking in the spaces or a camp site when we do not want to wake up the others. Up to 144 hours run-time. www.fragoutmag.com
