WYPOSAŻENIE WATCH spartan sport Wrist hr has a size of 50 x 50 x 16.8 mm and weighs 74 g. Its polymer case with a silicone strap houses all the electronics you control with three buttons on the right side of the case and a touchscreen made of mineral glass. The 320x300 px color display is surroun- ded with a decorative, steel rim. In the bottom of the case, there is battery charging and data transfer cable slot. The bottom is also where the Valencell pulse meter sensors are located. The Spartan Sport has an integrated GPS/GLONASS receiver and a Bluetooth. Watch is 100 m wa- ter-resistant (accordingly to ISO 6425 standard). It is powered by a li-ion battery which will last for up to 14 days, if you use it just as a regular watch. FIRMWARE TFirmware is the most important part of a smar- twatch – all updates introduce new functions fe- atures and the huge ones may make you feel as if you are using a completely new device (that was the impression we got as well). The firmware allows users to, i.e. measure HR (also in conjunction with Suunto Smart Sensor chest strap ), it is compatible with over 80 sport disciplines (including triathlon and multi-sport), it enables configuration of interval training, analy- zes the strain of training, peak effects and pulse zones. It can also store records to share them on- line. Of course, one could not forget about real- -time control of HR and calories burned, or the option to generate visual charts. What is more, you can use specific applications to set your hiking or running track, or to save the one you have just finished. Thanks to GPS/GLONASS, we will find the North, determine our grids, measure speed and the altitude. Of course, those are only some of the feature – if someone is interested in all of them, check the Suunto website for deta- iled list. Moreover, the screen of the watch can be custo- mized (the selection changes with each update, but it always includes at least a dozen options) and the language can be changed (again, a do- zen options). Just like every smartwatch, Spartan Sport Wrist HR can communicate with e.g. your phone (iOS/ Android), to receive notifications and short mes- sages on the screen of the watch (unfortunately, we cannot answer them). equipment
