All 5.56 caliber rifles are modular
and share common upper receiv-
er, bolt carrier group and have
easily exchangeable barrels. The
main differences are the low-
er receivers and trigger group,
but this was required due the

he MSPO 2018 was excep-
tional because the whole
MSBS system was shown
publicly for the first time. First
information about the system
were published over nine years
ago and now the system was
finally unveiled. There are five
weapons based on the standard
design and five bull-pup weap-
ons. Each of the design has fol-
lowing variants: base assault ri-
differences because standard
and bull-pup design. All MSBS
variants are fully ambidextrous.
To make that possible, the bolt
release lever in bull-pup rifle was
placed behind the magazine well
(in standard rifle it is located in
front of trigger guard) and it can
be activated with thumb. Other
levers and selectors layout is
same in both designs.
