ybrid DracoX unmanned system by ITWL and
Avatar Technologies consortium. It is elec-
tric-powered fixed wing UAS with under-wing
extensions with additional two engines with two-bla-
de rotors. Fifth engine is in the front of the unit and po-
wers the propeller. DracoX is a VTOL system and after
take-off it convert to normal flight mode. Wingspan is
3.2 m and the length of body is 1.82 m. Maximum pay-
load is 3.5 kilograms. DracoX can carry surveillance
payload (stored inside the body during take-off/lan-
ding), multi-spectral camera or high-resolution photo
camera. The operational range radius is 32 km.

he Advanced Protection Systems
Ctrl+Sky counter drone system ava-
ilable in fixed position and mobile (ve-
hicle mounted) version. Ctrl+Sky consists of
FMCW X-band radar, radio direction finder,
acoustic sensors and daylight camera. The
drones are neutralized with proprietary mul-
ti-band jammer.

The development program was launched in 2015
and the SAND (working name) prototype was already
shown to the public. The 2018 configuration consists
of Rada MHR (Multi-Mission Hemispheric Radar), PCO
GOS-1 Aurora surveillance payload and Lanca ECM
jammer developed by WZE.
