Clawgear Tacticoat EDC is basically rectangular shaped pouch with dimensions of approx. 20 x 10 x 5cm (length/height/ width) with two compartments: main chamber and flat pocket in front. The fabric used to build the pouch is rugged and light- weight Cordura 500D nylon. Main compartment or chamber of Tacticoat EDC has almost the same dimensions as the waistpack. Inside, there is an open top pouch perfectly sized for IDs or other flat things (with a small Cordura tag sewn on, just in case you forgot what you have). On the opposite side, there is flat-stitched 1" ecstatic webbing with three slots., stitched the way it has 3 slots. These are sized to credit cards or business card holder, short pens or small flashlight. In the middle, right below the band there is a big loop that can be used to dummy cord things. The bottom is heavily rubberized for reasons: it prevents from things inside getting wet, increases durability and helps to keep the shape. In the middle is a drainage hole. Main compartment is accessed through a two-way zipper closing that starts and end in the ½ height of each side. Thanks to that, it can be opened wide enough to easily reach anything from inside and no to so wide to let things fall out. Zipper pulls have engraved Clawgear logo and "garages" that are extende. Those help while we try to use a zipper (you just grab it). Second compartment is placed on the front "wall". It is flat and as big as front of the waist pack. It is one-way water-resistant zipper closed. On the front pocket there is a Velcro loop panel which covers almost half of it. It is neatly cut and has an aggres- sive shape with Cordura part composed in, with laser engraved producer's name. Cool stuff. At the sides of Velcro are 30 mm long vertical slits which create a slot, where the pen, narrow flashlight, chemlight or simi- larly shaped narrow it can be slide in. Next to the slots there are two elastic loops sewn into side stitching. Four nylon webbing loops are sewn in at the bottom's corners with shockcord with cord-lock weaved through them. They can be used to compress the Tacticoat EDC or to attach something. The Tacticoat EDC comes with carrying strap. It is 1" nylon webbing strap with triglide buckle for adjustments. is made of single, 1 inch webbing. The strap is attached to the waistpack with two loops (folded and sewn webbing), each on every end, to the flat metal G-hooks (both have paracord loops for easier operation). Hooks are attached to the waistpack with panels which are similar in shape to the Velcro on front. On each, name of waistpack (Every Day Carry) and Clawgear tactical line (Tacti- coat) is laser-engraved. Clawgear Tacticoat EDC can be worn stand alone as every waistpack on the carrying strap or attached to the MOLLE gear after detaching it from hooks. TACTICOAT EDC IN OUR OPINION - NOT ENOUGH THAT IT DID NOT STAY, IT STILL RAN A LOT BEFORE COMPETITION ... EQUIPMENT
