.300 Blackout integrally suppressed LMT
Confined Space Weapon (unfortunately, not
the Space Force issue) was LMT proposal
in USSOCOM Suppressed Upper Receiver
Group, the suppressed conversion kit for
issued M4 rifles consisting of upper receiver
and integrated suppressor. The final SURG
award went to SIG Sauer and their variant
of MCX, but CSW still remains a very intere-
sting firearm. CSW features shortened buf-
fer tube and very compact stock, monolithic
SL-8 handguard, 7-inch barrel with 5-inch
Virtual Baffle System suppressor. The lower
receiver comes from MARS-L PDW rifle and
it is fully ambidextrous. The total length with
folded stock is 24 inches.

SPO is not a usual place for the official unveiling of new
products of international brands. The MSPO 2018 was
different in this aspect because Raytheon ELCAN Optical
Technologies displayed the latest ELCAN Specter 1XL CQS sight
before the official premiere scheduled for October. This rugged we-
apons sight has LED reticle which looks sharper and less grainy
than in similar sights.
