You could say that modern trucks
are like cars just way bigger. Driv-
ers' seat is located much higher and
in bit different position – the wheels
are behind the steering wheel and not
in front of it. This requires changing
of driving technique but even a quick
transition from coupe car to truck is
easy and trouble-free. It would be dif-
ferent in driving in city, but reversing
between two other trucks or turning
back was plain simple and last time
I was behind the wheel of truck was
like in 1989…
The last part of Rheinmetall
Defence Talks 2018 was a visit to mili-
tary school in Vienna and War Museum,
interesting lectures of latest products
of Rheinmetall and networking.
Next edition will be in 2019 but
I hope that there will be also a Rhein-
metall Land Forces Symposium.
