be slid into and secured inside the handguard to shorten
the overall length of the rifle for more compact package.
Barrett M107A1 .50 BMG rifles are used in New Zealand,
Netherlands (Korps Commandotroepen or KCT). Single
rifle was purchased in 2016 by Polish Police for BOA CT
unit (with Nigthforce NXS 5.5-22x56 scope and BORS
digital system). M107A1 could be also spotted during
the Crimea crisis – US delivered some of these rifles to
Ukraine. US Armed Forces are still using the legacy M107.
