Los It is not that I am praising the pack because it was freebie but I am honest- ly amazed. No matter if you are looking for a tactical pack, survival pack, hunting pack, biking pack or urban-business-tac- ticool pack, the AMP12 will be a right choice! LOTOS: ALL-MIGHTY- PACK The 5.11 Tactical sent me a pack from their latest and greatest All Mission Pack line up. The AMP12 is a whole new level of functionality and modularity. The fabrics and materials used in the pack make it nice and really handy. Long- shot, it might be a great pack for one-two days outside. From the first sight it looks even more packable than it really is. The main compartment might be easily ac- cessed from almost every direction. The pack is lightweight, pretty compact and really well made. It's definitely not some cheap stuff. What surprised me was the soft lining inside the pack, profiled back panel and the HEXGRID modular panel for pack configuration and attachment of the pouches. And it also looks so styl- ish. When I was carrying the AMP12 I had this feeling that all my stuff is well protected: laptop in its compartment or keys stashed in a dedicated pocket. Heck, I even carried a gun holstered in the CCW pocket. I am a fan of aesthetics and I cannot complain about the looks of the pack. What you pay is what you get. Let's get back to the story of use. Back panel and suspensions. The suspen- sion system consists of wide shoulders straps, removable polymer frame and thermoplastic molded back panel for increased comfort. There is also a ster- num strap but I have never used it 'cause I didn't have a reason to. Compression straps on the sides of the main compart- ment might be used to strap the tripod or even AR rifle. I carried both and haven't lost any. My AMP12 came in a cool look- ing Ranger Green color. www.fragoutmag.com
