of failure, but the sport pistols are
mostly not used in such harsh con-
ditions as the military duty ones.
The aircraft grade aluminium
frame features an MIL-STD-1913/
Picatinny rail for weapon light or la-
ser pointer. The shape of the front
part of the frame is slashed to the
rear when compared to the military
gun. This unveils part of the recoil
spring guiding rod which some like
and some don't.
The location of the rear sight was
slightly moved. The VIS 100 M1 is
an optic-ready with the rear part
of the stainless-steel slide featur-
ing a factory-milled cut for micro
red dot sights. Gun comes with a
single adapter plate for Docter/No-
blex/JP, Shield RMS, Delta Optical,
Burris Fastfire, Vortex Viper/Ven-
om micro red dots or other sights
with the same footprint. Owner of
Trijicon RMR or Aimpoint ACRO
P-1/C-1 had to wait a bit. Other
mounting plates are also expected
in the future if not from FB Radom,
then from some private business. If
MRDS are not used, there is a plug
(cover plate) included with the gun.

my opinion the
sights in the
commercial pis-
tol are far better,
more crisp and clear and more us-
er-friendly than the standard ones.
The fiber optics are not covered
so this might be a potential point
