BTW, since the gun is built for use with MRDS, the stan- dard iron sight should be taller, so they could be used as a back up when the battery is out or the sight is broken. The grip is comfortable and customizable – the pistol comes with two sizes of the side panels. The front of the pistol grip has aggressive "brick-shaped" serrations instead of vertical ones of the VIS 100. Also, the slide serrations in both versions are slightly different. The rear and front part of the slides are serrated for better grip, but the military version features the vertical ones and the ones in the commercial pistol are C-shaped. And again, this is only about the aesthetics. VIS100 M1 has an engraved logo on the slide, which resembles the one found on the grip handles of the legendary 9 mm VIS wz. 35 pistols from the 1930s. There is also a Polish Eagle en- graved on the frame – the military pistol does not have any of these engravings.
