"Ateeeeeen-hut!" - a simple word that precedes issue of subse-
quent commands, illustrates well the nature of crisis communica-
tion, such as the current coronavirus pandemic. The issue of this
command is a call to recipients to prepare for the next, more ex-
tensive message. Similar rules apply to any other communication
in emer-gency, especially crisis situations.
