Lotos „A backpack as everyone sees it", and in the case of Mystery Ranch there is still often a slight sigh, becau- se the products of this company are always objects of desire, and it's not just the tactical ones. This time I'm going to take you a moment to tell you about the use of the Mystery Ranch 2 Day Assault Pack, which is ba- sically an ideal proposition for lovers of tactical/milita- ry themes or those looking for a model for hiking. The backpack is supposed to „lie on the back" well, well, and this backpack has a tailored carrying system that guarantees a large enough range of adjustment to fit the system to the shape of the user's back. The 2DAP has a molded plastic plate inside, which is responsible for the perfect fit of the system. Soft shoulder straps and stabilizing straps located above them take care of a comfortable shoulder fit, and the adjustable chest strap and hip belt, you can unbuckle at any time and wear the backpack without them - for some important for others irrelevant (for example, I use only the chest strap). Moving on - the main com- partment is fastened with a system of three zippers, fastening the backpack from the top and on the front. This is a characteristic feature of MR and even paten- ted for some time. On the top flap there are two zip- pered pockets, one of which is mesh and inside the main compartment there is space for a ~15" laptop which is very cool, access is possible from the side via a zippered opening. There are two zippered mesh pockets inside, I might add, very useful for organizing items for quick access. On the outside of the compart- ment, on two sides (on the sides), there are two open- -top pockets. They work well when you throw in a wa- ter bottle, wet gloves or some other small items. On the other hand, the awesome feature is the possibility to attach various items on the outside of 2DAP, the- re are PALS webbing straps and compression straps that form loops and I managed to carry my snowboard with their help on the accesses to the slope. The 2DAP is universal piece and everyone can use it according to his needs - it can be loved by a soldier and a tourist or by an ave- rage Joe going to work every day. I used it as a backpack for transporting stuff to the shooting range, as it held ammo, extra clothes, head- phones, etc. It also proved itself as a backpack for a trip to the seaside, a trip to the mountains and a motorcycle trip. You can easily pack for 2-3 days into it as it holds everything, but in fact it is highly modifiable (within its range of use, of course), because you can pack it to the brim and then you have a „small hut" with you, or you compress it, and it works great as a city backpack. www.fragoutmag.com
