CROSS RANGE
It's probably the hardest course of fire in this
competition and required lots of muscle work
on oxygen deficit and firing a couple of dozen
shots both from rifle and a pistol. After the
beep, you had to go over a leaning wall that
was 2 meters high, followed by a run that
was both back and forth and zig zag, then a
couple meters tunnel from old tires and then
you could start shooting. Dozen targets from
1 to 50 meters that were visible only from
certain holes in a cover that stretched by the
whole length of firing line. Then unload your
rifle and leave that in the prepared barrel to
safely move to shoot a shotgun. There was a
25 kilogram ball waiting for you that you had
to throw over your shoulder eight times. Then
there were six bottom openings in 9-hole wall,
six targets and six rounds and no reloads. Un-
load and put the shotgun back into the barrel.
Transitioning from shotgun to pistol began
with pulling an 80 kg "body bag" over 15 me-
ters. Then an obstacle course where you move
over and under the obstacles. Pistol stage had
