chamber. This can occur only in ful- ly-automatic mode as the civilian rifle has a different trigger group which will not allow guns to operate in full- -auto. The bolt carrier in civilian rifles has proprietary undercuts in its base that are aligned with protrusions on the guides in the receiver. When the mil-spec bolt carrier would be inser- ted into the civilian rifle, it would not fit. And again, in my early (SP0071) GROT, the bolt carrier is a mix be- tween military and civilian one. It has no tungsten weights and an auto sear, but it also lacks the protrusions. It means that my bolt carrier will not fit the current commercial rifle. It will also not work with any other trigger than the sport semi-auto one. LOWER RECEIVERS We can compare three different lo- wers. Mil-spec one in the military ri- fle, standard commercial one in the "green" GROT and the one factory- -fitted with the Geisselle trigger (the one with after-market red switches). Regarding the lower receiver desi- gn, the only noticeable differences are marking near the safety switch. The military lower has safety/single/ full-auto pictograms with 0/45/90 degree throw. The civilian semi-auto lower has only safety/fire pictograms with 0/90 degree throw. All lowers are coming from the very same injection mold, except the insert with the pic- tograms which is changed depending on the production. The trigger groups are different. The military one is full-auto rated and is completely different from the civilian semi-auto one. Original commercial GROT has its proprietary trigger but there was a run of GROT with com- mercial-off-the-shelf Geisselle Au- tomatics triggers which might be replaced with any AR-15 compatible drop-in trigger. In that case lowers are slightly different. Foldable stocks, recoil springs are essentially the same and only diffe- GROT A2 flask stock A2 bolt A2 A2 spire gas regulator A2 FIREARMS
