In 2023 the Group expanded, and the existing domestic branches and subsidiary companies, including WB Electronics (Ożarów Ma- zowiecki), Radmor (Gdynia), Flytronic (Gliwice), Arex (Gdynia), Mind- made (Warszawa), Polcam (Raszyn), and PN Standard (Warszawa), and foreign branches: WB Ukraina (Ukraine), Delta-WB (Georgia), WB Middle East (Saudi Arabia), WB India (India), and WBE Technologies (Malaysia); were joined by a new enterprise, named WB Centrum Kompozytów (WB Center for Composites, formerly known as the Sile- sian Science and Technology Center for Aerospace Industry), located in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The entity became a center of excellence in the area of developing, implementing, and manufacturing advanced composite structures for air and space systems. Thanks to the new company that thrives in space technologies, the WB Group signifi- cantly expands its capabilities within the scope of its best-known products, the unmanned platforms. The Czechowice-Dziedzice plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art production line (including autoc- laves with lengths of 5 and 10 meters and diameters of 2.5 and 3 me- ters, respectively) designed for manufacturing of laminates, as well as its research laboratory. In addition, 2023 also saw the opening of a scientific and training facility in Torun, working closely with military and civilian person- nel at the nearby Artillery and Armament Training Center. In 2023, the WB Group also signed an agreement with Hanwha, to integrate Polish electronic equipment (ICT, communications, and battlefield management systems derived from the WB Group) with Chunmoo MLRS systems, which are now being commissioned in the Polish Ar- med Forces. The second foreign contract signed involved India, and covered pro- curement of Warmate UAVs in major quantities (it is said that even thousands may be involved). The Warmate system has proven its worth in the full-scale war in Ukraine, neutralizing a variety of Russian assets (primarily - vehicles). Warmate and FlyEye UAVs were also delivered to Georgia, towards the end of 2023. However, those systems came from the Tbilisi-ba- sed Delta WB daughter company. According to the assumptions, and presentations delivered by the WB Group, the foreign income is to go up to 58% by 2026. The afo- resaid unmanned platforms, along with the elements of the Gladius system, are to constitute around 20% of the grand total. Most of that income would be associated with the sales of C2 systems (the repu- table Topaz and FONET solutions, and FONET-Navy premiered last year, during the MSPO exhibition. Arex company products would be ranked third, including remote-controlled weapons systems and sta- tions, and elements used in the ZSSW-30 turret systems.
