US MARKET FB is not slowing down, and the manufacturing tempo is kept high, especially when it comes to products for the Pol- ish Armed Forces. However, the company still cares about its foreign business partners, such as Texas-based Arms of America, or Atlantic Firearms, based in South Carolina. Using the distribution network formed by the companies mentioned above, civil US shooters can, as of 2023, buy the 9x19 mm VIS 100M1 pistols or 7.62x39 mm / .223 Remington Beryl Ri- fles. The management at FB Radom does realize that it is necessary to create a foreign market footprint that would also include the prestigious, trendsetting US marketplace. Pres- ence there is demanding, as several conditions needs to be met to make that possible: – We are aware that the firearms user community overseas is a demanding customer group, with a lot of knowledge of firearms. This is why we are satisfied with the fact that our products are eagerly bought, continuously, by the US shoot- ers, who know our products very well already – said Seweryn Figurski. There is a lot of interest in FB Radom products overseas. The Americans like European-made firearms and Polish products are very popular among them. The Radom-based factory stands a chance of increasing its footprint in this permanent- ly undersaturated market, which will boost its revenue and prestige. VISITING FB RADOM Last year has also been intense for the company when it comes to the number of top state officials who visited the factory. In March President Andrzej Duda met the management at FB Radom, and he also took a factory tour and spoke to the employees. PM Mateusz Morawiecki visited the company in September, and early last year the factory was visited by the head of the Polish MoD, Mariusz Błaszczak. – VIP visits are proof for us, that we are a highly esteemed entity, in the Polish defense industry. We are happy about that, and we also feel motivated to continue our efforts aimed at the development of our existing products, as well as to take action to create new designs, Wojciech Arndt, Ph.D. explains. PRESTIGIOUS AWARD NOMINATION In 2023 Fabryka Broni "Łucznik" - Radom Sp. z o. o., as the only defense industry enterprise, was nominated to receive a prestigious Presidential Economic Award. The nomination in the R&D category was shared with the Military University of Technology, with which the factory forms a research-industrial consortium. Fabryka Broni "Łucznik" – Radom Sp. z o. o. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of weapons working on domestic and foreign markets. It is the key contractor working for the Polish Armed Forces, the Ministry of Interior, and Administration, and also a successful firearms manufacturer working within civil and export marketplaces. FB is a part of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), the Polish defense industry leader, and one of the biggest defense industry groups in Europe. ANALYSIS
