www.fragoutmag.com The PAC 15 line is generally aimed at us regular folks, built for non-mi- litary use. But honestly, the only real difference from their military cousins is the lack of full-auto ca- pability. They're built to standard AR-15 specs, what's usually known as "civilian MIL-SPEC." This mainly refers to dimensional compatibility, not skimping on materials or the way things are finished. These PAC 15s are seriously po- pular here in Poland, and not just because they're "ours." (Soon they'll be 100% Polish-made, with only things like the grips and stocks coming from elsewhere.) They hit that sweet spot of being budget- -friendly while offering good quality and build. Plus, the manufacturer li- stens to shooters, which is why we see continuous improvements in each generation, fixing any niggles and adding cool upgrades like the fantastic trigger that comes stan- dard in the Gen 3 series. It's no secret that SVRN's bread and butter isn't the civilian market – it's those multi-dollar government con- tracts. So, with all this renewed love for classic military rifles, it would be crazy not to jump on that opportunity! usually shoot like a dream. Adding to the allure is the fact that finding original, surplus military ri- fles is tough, especially here in Eu- rope. That's pushed manufacturers to create awesome collector series and to bring their military-proven plat- forms to the civilian market – think FN Herstal and Colt, for example. Now, let the word spread far and wide, that Polish shooters stand with pride, their own M4 by their side! And they do! Better yet, just like FN, we've got the Polish SVRN brand, cranking out a civilian version of a bona fide military rifle built for export contracts. We're talking abo- ut the PAC 15 series of rifles, and their 3rd Gen is hitting the shelves right now.
