FIREARMS
along with the rifles a new pistol was also presented, but as
the patents are still pending, we were asked not to show the
details of it. all we are able to write is that this pistol continues
the MaG 95/98 series from the 1990s. this is a classical Browning
short-recoil, tilting barrel-locked handgun with an external
hammer. there's no manual safeties of any kind, just the
firing pin block, released by a trigger. all controls (except
for the disassembly catch) are doubled, so the pistol is fully
ambidextrous. the grip plates and backstrap are exchangeable
to conform the size and shape of the firing hand, and there's a
1913 rail on the frame's dustcover. On firing the pistol is stable
and quite accurate, only when fired with quick double-taps
displays a slight tendency to jump up and to the right.
the demo was crowned with a shooting contest, shot with
MSBS-5,56k and the new pistol, in which journalists from the
Strzal gun magazine and the Equipped.pl bloggers reigned
supreme, making a clean sweep of the podium.
