take off the flashlight from the weapon. Swapping of the attachment systems may be set through un- screwing two screws and replacing a metal plate. The plate is so small that when you drop it in sand, you may already consider is as lost. Switch: it has a different solution than in the case of other flashlights. Valkyrie has been facilitated with two buttons covered with rubber that allow press- ing from the side and from the trigger. Unfortunately, the construction is the only advantage – the opera- tion is, in my opinion, too complicated and, what's even worse, the flashlight has a noticeable delay in the moment of pressing the switch. Pressure causes switching on the temporary mode until releasing the switch. The switching on itself appears is slightly de- layed. I consider that as a major problem. Moreover, there is a possibility of clicking (which switches on the permanent mode) and a two-click that switches on the stroboscope mode. Here, another problem must be revealed: the delay between clicks is so long, that sometimes, when I wanted to switch the flashlight off, I switched on the stroboscope. It did not happen to me very often, but like 3-4 times during training. The remaining options are to press both switches at the same time, which will result in blue light, but in order to switch that light off, you must press only one button. Pressing them both once again will switch white light on. Output: 400 lumens for white light and 2 lumens for blue light. Power source: Single CR123 3V battery, mounted to the flashlight by unscrewing the light module. Lifetime: according to manufacturer's information, the LED will last 50,000 hours. Working time with one battery is 40 minutes – it slightly too short, but we have a power of 400 lumens and only one cell. Additionally, we get blue light that may work unin- terruptedly for 50 hours. Issues As I wrote in the beginning – I bought almost all of the flashlights by myself and have been using them for quite a while. I worn some of them with my gun as EDC, other were used during Low-Light class- es. After that time, I have some comments that are worth sharing. Olight Valkyrie – the flashlight survived for 2 hours on the weapon, that it just literally fell off the gun (a picture as a proof ). After checking it up, it appeared that the problem was related to the assembly itself. It loosened and the lever did not provide proper pres- sure. After such a situation, I was quite distrustful of that product. However, the distributor just did their job perfectly - they sent me a new flashlight just after ACCESSORIES
